This concise medical is designed to detect health problems most likely to affect women. It includes a detailed medical history followed by the examination which involves:- Height, weight and body mass index
- Blood pressure
- Breast examination
- Instruction on breast self examination
- Cervical smear testing
- Pelvic examination
- Urine test
Additional tests (at additional cost): - Chlamydia test
- Mammography
It is advisable that unless there is a clinical indication that women do not begin mammographic screening until aged 40. |
